While online data can never be 100% secure, Sykes & Company, P.A. has taken steps to keep information collected from our online visitors as secure as reasonably possible against unauthorized access and use. We maintain reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security standards and procedures to safeguard your data.  

All information is protected by security measures such as password authentication and access restrictions. Access to the information is limited to those employees who need to use it to perform their job functions. Our security measures and collection practices are periodically reviewed.

You may have your information deleted from our databases by contacting us at the address on this Statement.

Do Not Track

Some web browsers may transmit “do not track” signals. There is no standard that governs what, if anything, websites should do if they receive these signals.  The site currently does not respond to “do not track” browser signals or similar mechanisms.

Sykes & Company, P.A. does not endorse any products or services marketed at those other sites.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, interpretation or claim whether arising in contract, tort, or any theory of liability whatsoever, in connection with or related to this Privacy Statement or the Sykes & Company P.A. website shall be submitted to a single arbitrator sitting in Edenton, North Carolina. The arbitration shall be conducted under the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator appointed thereunder shall be final and binding and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
